First Squash Happy Hour Wrap-up
Quite a few people have asked me how the first Squash Happy Hour went last week. I think it was a great success and everyone enjoyed it very much. To be honest, only a few things beat off court entertainment by Kartik or Callum.
So what have you missed last week? I took away a few very useful life lessons. Yes, you have read correctly. You can learn life lessons at the Squash Happy Hour.
Life lessons and other fun facts:
- Take the word of your spouse with a grain of salt when it comes to his/her driving record. Don't be surprised by the discoveries of an insurance agent.
- The right car brand can gain you quickly a lot of respect with a car rental agent. But be careful, this can be a very short lived experience.
- Kartik has a passion for winter sports, but it's not skiing or snowboarding.
- Don't be fouled by your swim teacher. Just because you can cross a 30ft pool does not mean you can swim.
As you can see, it is well worth coming to the Squash Happy Hour. Hope to see you next month and hear your stories and general wisdom.
